This Lazy Susan handles a variety of delicate bearing races for in-process storage and presentation to a robot.
Inner, outer, single or dual flanged races, from 1-1/2 to 8 inches diameter by 3/8 to 2-1/2 inches long, and fed by this unit's quick-change tooling. Parts are received, tracked to the rotary table, gently baffled into a layer of storage and then moved through a presentation unit to pickoff location.
Tables are available in a variety of sizes and surface materials, single or multi-tiered, CW or CCW rotation and specially tooled for one or a family of parts.
Primary features are: gentle handling, low equipment profile, reasonable storage capacity and handling of parts families with quick-change tooling.
