Twenty Tons A Day...
...is a lot to crow about when you're orienting sixteen inch shafts from from bulk.
That's right! The Spectrum team has conquered the nemesis of parts feeding; the long shaft.
With the shaft problem licked, we need another barrier to crack. Got one? Try us.
Call or write for the best answers to your parts feeding and assembly problems.
This Spectrum extra heavy duty storage feeder gets automotive front suspension cross shafts onto a washerfurnace conveyor. Two kinds of sixteen inch shafts are oriented and then escaped in rows of four at 44 per minute.
They are released through stagger chutes because four, end to end shafts, are longer than the conveyor width. Changeover from plain to formed shafts takes but a few seconds.
Bulk or oriented, Spectrum will feed your shafts as you need them.
